With a storied career spanning some of Boston’s top restaurants—including Galleria Italiana, La Bettola, Bricco, and Mare — Chef Marisa now dedicates herself to harnessing food as medicine, expertly crafting unmatched personalized nutritional strategies that support cellular regeneration and vitality. Marisa’s talent has earned her widespread recognition: Esquire magazine named her as the chef behind one of the “Top Ten Restaurants in America,” and Condé Nast Traveler listed Mare as “One of the Top 80 Places in the World to Eat.” Her culinary artistry has been celebrated by the Accademia Cucina Italiana, which recognized her as one the best Italian chef in America, and Le Dames d’Escoffier. Her work has been prominently featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, Eating Well, United Hemispheres, Boston Magazine, The Boston Globe, and The Boston Herald. Additionally, Marisa has been a recurring guest on RAI International, Italy’s national television network. In 2006, she was honored with the Boston Phoenix’s Howard Mitchum Medal for Innovation in Seafood Cookery, and in October 2017, she received the Distinguished Culinarian Award for her significant contributions to Italian-American culture, particularly in the preservation and celebration of Italian heritage during Boston’s Italian-American Heritage Month. Recently, she received two recognitions: one as an Outstanding chef in Italian restaurants today from the Italian Trade Agency, and the other as a Candidate for UNESCO World Heritage.

Dr. Kathleen O'Neil
Dr. Kathleen O’Neil earned her M.D.
from Boston University’s School of Medicine.
After training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, she opened her private clinic to focus on Internal Medicine and personalized healthcare and longevity. She is a global expert in the clinical use of advanced regenerative modalities, including peptide therapy, GLP-1s, and exosomes. She specializes in working with elite athletes and coaches, including some of the GOATs of the major league teams. Dr. O’Neil is a founding board member of both the International Peptide Society and the American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians. From 2017-2018, she served as medical director of Tom Brady’s wellness center, TB12. Her academic appointments include clinical faculty positions at Tufts and Boston University. Dr. O’Neil has completed multiple fellowships and has earned a series of certifications, which include: A Fellowship at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (Functional and Regenerative Medicine) - A4M A Fellowship at the American Academy of Age Management Medicine (Traumatic Brain Injury) - AMMG A Fellowship at the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (Stem Cells) - AASCP / A4M A Certification in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center at the University of Pennsylvania - CAPP
